TERMS OF SERVICE

COMMISSIONS

General:

  • I the Artist, have the right to reject any commission without having to disclose the reasoning. 

  • Once a Commission fee is set and agreed, I will send you an invoice via Paypal.

  • I only accept payment through Paypal. You don't need an Paypal account to make a payment.

  • A 50% payment must be made before I can start any commission. This helps me prevent any possible scams and keeps me committed to your project.

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • Due to unexpected circumstances (injuries, illness, accidents, etc.), I may not be able to fulfill your commission. In that case, I will send you a full refund.  

 

The Customer:

  • You will receive your finished commission in JPG, PNG, and in a Flatten PDF file with 300DPI unless specified.

  • All works are for Personal use only. Please credit the artist if sharing on social media accounts.

  • Customer is not allowed to upload my finished art into AI learning algorithms or create NFT tokens.

  • Customer retains the rights to their own intellectual property.

 

The Artist:

  • I accept commercial commissions. Prices may vary depending on the purpose. 

  • I the artist, retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I don't accept certain copyrighted intellectual properties. Mainly anything Disney related is prohibited.

  • All works and recordings of process are able to be uploaded to Artist's personal social media accounts.

  • I will not draw NSFW, extreme fetish, or gore pieces.

  • I will draw partial nudity.

ONLINE PURCHASE

Shipping:

  • Prints will be inserted in a clear plastic sleeve for protection.

  • 11" x 14" and 11" x 17" prints are shipped in Mailing Tubes with Caps: 2" x 2" x 15".

  • Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.

  • Currently I don't have expedited shipping options available.

Return Policy:

  • No returns or exchanges will be made unless there was a mistake made on my side.

  • If you have the wrong order please contact me ASAP.  I will do my best to rectify the situation. 

  • Please provide photos of the order. Without photos I can't do anything. 

  • If in any case you are missing a package, please contact me and I will do my best to try and help you locate it. 

  • Unfortunately, I can't be held responsible or provide refunds for lost packages.
